BUILT BY OPERATORS WHO NEEDED A BETTER SYSTEM
FieldOps Suite was created inside a real exterior cleaning business to solve the operational problems we were dealing with every day.
What began as an internal tool evolved into a connected field-service platform built around the realities of running, managing, and growing a service company.
BUILT IN THE BUSINESS. PROVEN IN THE FIELD.
FieldOps Suite was built and tested inside a real exterior cleaning company, not developed in isolation and then taken to market.
Every major workflow, automation, and feature has been shaped by real operational challenges encountered while quoting jobs, serving customers, managing crews, collecting payments, and growing an active service business.
The result is software built around how exterior cleaning companies actually operate — with tools designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and sustainable growth.Developed and tested IN THE FIELD — BECAUSE WE NEEDED IT OURSELVES
FieldOps Suite began more than two years ago as an internal project with a straightforward goal: solve the operational problems we were dealing with every day inside our own growing pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning companies.
We were not trying to start another software company.
We were trying to build the system we wished already existed.
Like many service-business owners, we had experienced the limitations of using multiple platforms to manage customers, quotes, scheduling, payments, communications, marketing, employees, and the day-to-day details required to keep a growing operation organized.
The available systems could handle pieces of the business, but we continually found ourselves adapting our processes around the limitations of the software.
So we started building our own.
DEVELOPED IN A REAL OPERATING BUSINESS
FieldOps was developed differently because we had something most software development teams do not have: an active service company functioning as a real-world testing environment every day.
New features did not simply move from an idea to a development checklist.
They went into the field.
We used them while quoting real properties, scheduling real crews, communicating with real customers, collecting real payments, planning routes, managing employees, and running the same unpredictable workdays our future customers experience.
Some ideas worked immediately. Others needed to be redesigned, simplified, or removed entirely.
That process was sometimes slow, but it was intentional.
Every major tool had to answer a simple question:
DOES THIS ACTUALLY MAKE THE BUSINESS EASIER TO RUN?
Over time, those individual tools became a connected operating system that improved the organization, consistency, and productivity of the companies using it.
That real-world development process remains at the center of FieldOps today.
BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK
One of our earliest priorities was understanding where field-service software is actually used.
Technicians are not sitting behind desks all day.
They are driving between estimates and jobs, working around equipment, talking with customers, managing crews, and trying to stay productive while constantly moving.
That created an important design requirement:
FieldOps needed to reduce the amount of time technicians spent looking at their phones.
Hands-free operation became a core part of the platform rather than an afterthought.
FieldOps was built with an integrated voice assistant and CarPlay functionality that allows technicians to access job information, hear important updates, prepare for the next property, and perform supported actions without constantly navigating through a phone.
It is technology designed around the realities of field work — with productivity and driver safety considered from the beginning.
FROM AUTOMATION TO BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
As FieldOps evolved, we realized automation alone was not enough.
Automating repetitive tasks saves time, but the information moving through a service company can reveal far more about the business if the system understands how those pieces are connected.
That led to the development of the learning and intelligence system at the center of FieldOps.
As the platform is used, it develops context around the customers you serve, the services you sell, the locations where you work, scheduling patterns, revenue performance, team productivity, customer communication, marketing activity, and other operational trends.
That context allows FieldOps to become increasingly useful to the company using it.
Instead of simply displaying information that has already been entered, the system can help identify opportunities, surface trends that deserve attention, assist with forecasting, generate more relevant marketing campaigns, recognize areas where the company may be underperforming, and help owners understand what is happening across the business.
The objective is not to replace the business owner.
It is to give the owner a system capable of paying attention to thousands of details that are difficult for any one person to continuously monitor.
SOFTWARE BUILT BY OPERATORS, FOR OPERATORS
FieldOps Suite was not created in a boardroom by people guessing what an exterior cleaning company might need.
It was built alongside the trucks, technicians, customers, equipment, schedules, weather delays, estimates, invoices, marketing decisions, and everyday challenges that come with operating a real service business.
That experience continues to influence every feature we build.
We know the frustrations because we have dealt with them.
We know where time gets wasted because we have lost that time ourselves.
And we understand that software only creates value when it makes the company using it more organized, more efficient, more informed, and easier to operate.
That is the standard FieldOps was built around — and it remains the standard every new tool has to meet.

WHY WE BUILT FIELDOps
We did not set out to create more software for business owners to manage.
We wanted fewer disconnected systems, less repetitive data entry, better visibility into the business, and more automation around the work that consumes time without creating revenue.
FieldOps was designed to connect the operation instead of simply adding another application to it.
Customers, scheduling, quotes, payments, communications, team activity, marketing, and business intelligence work together so information can move through the company instead of becoming trapped inside separate tools.
The objective is simple:
HELP SERVICE BUSINESSES OPERATE WITH MORE CONTROL, LESS FRICTION, AND BETTER INFORMATION.
BUILT AROUND REAL-WORLD USE
FieldOps development does not end when a feature works in a test environment.
New tools are evaluated around the conditions they will actually face — technicians moving between jobs, owners managing schedules, customers responding after hours, crews working across multiple properties, and businesses making decisions with limited time.
If a feature creates more work than it removes, it needs improvement.
If it adds complexity without creating value, it does not belong.
Every major capability is evaluated against one standard:
DOES THIS MAKE THE BUSINESS EASIER TO RUN?
TECHNOLOGY SHOULD REMOVE WORK — NOT CREATE MORE OF IT
AI, automation, voice control, location awareness, and business intelligence are only useful when they solve real operational problems.
That principle guides how FieldOps uses technology.
Hands-free tools help technicians stay productive without constantly handling a phone.
Automation reduces repetitive administrative work.
Location-aware workflows help important actions happen at the right time.
Business intelligence helps owners identify opportunities, trends, and issues that may otherwise remain buried inside the data.
The technology is not the product.
A better-run business is the product.
PURPOSE-BUILT FOR EXTERIOR PROPERTY CARE
FieldOps Suite was created around the workflows of pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and professional exterior property care businesses.
These companies operate differently from generic field-service businesses.
Weather matters. Property measurements matter. Routes matter. Recurring maintenance matters. Crew productivity matters. Customer communication matters. Travel time matters.
FieldOps is being built around those realities instead of forcing exterior cleaning companies into software designed for an entirely different industry.
OUR MISSION
Build software that gives small service-business owners the operational intelligence, automation, and control normally associated with much larger companies — without adding more complexity to their day.
We want FieldOps to become the system owners and technicians rely on because it understands how their business works, helps them stay organized, and continuously helps them operate better.
