This Privacy Policy describes how Concept 7 Development Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FieldOps Suite Property Care Edition mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
Client and job records: contact details, service addresses, service history, photos, and notes about your customers that you enter into the Service.
Payment information: when you process payments, your customers' card details are collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Communications: emails, text messages, and call recordings you generate through the Service for customer communication.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers used for push notifications.
Location information: with your permission, approximate or precise location to support job-routing and on-site features. You can disable this in your device settings at any time.
Usage information: features used, errors encountered, and performance metrics, used to improve the Service.
2.3 Information Collected from Third Parties
Quote and customer data imports: if you connect or import from a prior system (such as a legacy field-service platform), we receive only the data you choose to transfer.
Payment confirmations: Stripe sends us confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, but not full card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Schedule, send, and track customer scheduling and confirmation messages on your behalf.
Process payments via Stripe.
Send service-related notifications (appointment confirmations, billing receipts).
Respond to support requests.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS and Email Communications
When you (the account owner) send SMS or email to your customers through the Service:
SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Email is delivered via SendGrid. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from your customers before sending marketing or recurring messages, in accordance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any applicable state laws.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
Service providers that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI assistant features), and Apple (push notifications). These providers may only use your data to perform services for us.
Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this happens.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and customer records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing blufftonsoftwashcompany@gmail.com. We may retain limited data as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
