Common quick fixes

Can't sign in? Use the same email you subscribed with, and try "Forgot password" from the sign-in screen.

Subscribed but the app says trial/locked? Sign out and back in — your plan syncs on sign-in. Still stuck? Email us with the address you used at checkout.

A measurement looks off? Every AI measurement can be adjusted — open the tool, drag the outline points, and accept. You're always in control of the number.

Billing questions or cancellations? Email from your account address and we'll handle it same-day. Plans are month-to-month; there's no cancellation fee, ever.

In-app help

The AI Assistant inside the app answers "how do I…" questions instantly, and the User Manual covers every tool step-by-step.
