# ❓ FAQ SECTION

### Is there really a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to whichever tier you pick. If you cancel before day 14, you're not charged a cent.

### Can I switch tiers later?

Anytime. Upgrade and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrade and the change kicks in at your next billing cycle.

### Do I have to use the auto-scheduling tool?

No. Every automation in FieldOps has an off switch. You can use the app as a pure CRM if you want. Most operators turn auto-scheduling on after week 2 because they realize how much time it saves.

### What if my customers don't have email?

The auto-scheduling links work over SMS too. We support SMS-only customers without losing any features.

### Will customers know it's automated?

The messages are written in your voice and look like they came from you (because they did — you configure the wording). Customers see "Mike from Bluffton Soft Wash" not "FieldOps Bot."

### Do you take a cut of payments?

No. We pass Stripe's standard rates straight through (2.9% + 30¢). We don't markup transactions like some other field-service apps.

### What about TCPA compliance for the marketing messages?

Built in. Every message includes STOP/HELP language, opt-outs are honored automatically, and we enforce frequency caps so you can't accidentally spam. We also gate bulk campaigns on Twilio 10DLC approval before they can fire.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime. Your data is yours — exportable to CSV at any point. We don't hold it hostage.

### Will this work on my old iPhone?

iOS 17 or later, iPhone XR or newer. Also runs on iPad and Mac (Apple Silicon). CarPlay-compatible.

### Do you have an Android version?

Not yet. We chose to build native iOS first because that's where the operator audience actually is. Android is on the 2027 roadmap.

### Where is my data stored?
